The classes you will experience at Synergy are like none other.  Every class is different, focused on providing you an overall body workout while CHALLENGING BOTH YOUR AEROBIC AND ANAEROBIC zone.  By using different patterns, techniques, equipment, and styles you are sure to be challenged.  The classes are kept to a limit of 10 people to provide a comfortable environment where you can still get one-on-one attention.  No matter what your fitness level or your aches and pains, each exercise can be modified to make sure you are safely maximizing your workout to the fullest potential.  Come check us out!

pERSONAL tRAINING

Each personal training program is designed specifically for you, focused on helping you achieve the fitness goals you are working towards.  All personal training packages begin with a FREE fitness assessment.  We also provide nutritional guidance, and direction for exercising on your own.  The personal training can be done one-on-one or in a small group.  Sessions can be 30 or 45 minutes long, and you can choose between 10, 20, and 30 session packages.

After training for over 12 years WE have discovered that challenging the body, as well as the mind, is the most effective and appropriate method to exercise.  wE approach each program with the goal of trying to teach you how to do each exercise, and why it is important.  bY challengING you with a variety of techniques and  using the muscle confusion theory, YOUR WORKOUTS ARE FOCUSED to maximize results.  Each session will provide a new routine keeping you excited about what the workout will bring for the day.
