Power Play - This class is designed to be strictly a strength based class. We focus on heavier weights and smaller reps. This class is not meant to "bulk you up", it's simply to help you focus on increasing your strength and building more muscle. This class is 45 min, and limited to 6 people.

bOXING/cORE cLASS - This class is meant to provide a high intensity challenge in the form of boxing and kickboxing movements. Mixed with a variety of core focused exercises, this 45 min class will provide an aerobic and non-aerobic challenge to your body! If you have never tried a boxing class, come check it out now! Class is open to all fitness levels. Limit 10 people per class. Sign up now!

Enso Classes– These classes are aerobic based with a mix of challenging circuits and interval training. Using unique equipment with a variety of training techniques you are sure to be challenged and have a new experience every time you come. These classes are limited to 10 people. Ages 14-18 must be accompanied by a guardian. All other ages and fitness levels welcome! Classes are 45 min long.
